How can I get support for an item which is not working correctly?

If the item you purchased is not working as described, please contact the author directly from the comments area of the product. Try to accurately detail the problem you have so the author is able to provide you the best solution.

Remember that Chupamobile regulations do not allow users to exchange any contact information on the platform. Every question about the product should be publicly posted on the comments area so we can monitor and intervene if necessary.
