The status of my app template has changed from In Review to Incompleted, what now?

This may have happened for one of the following reasons:

  • Product zip file doesn’t contain the full source code of your app;
  • The documentation file you provided is not valid;
  • You have not uploaded a preview image or the one you provided is not valid;
  • You have not uploaded a hero image or the one you provided is not valid;
  • You have not uploaded some screenshots of the app or the ones you provided are not valid;
  • You have not provided a description of the product or the one you provided is not valid.

If your product has one of the problems listed, our review team will probably contact you directly by email. They will explain how to improve your product submission so you can update it and we can approve it sooner! Remember that you can edit your products from this link.
