What can I do if I think my account has been taken over?

If you are able to log into your account please:

  • Change your Chupamobile Account Password
  • Change the password to the email address associated with your Chupamobile account
  • Verify your other account information

Then - of you are unable to log in - contact us via the Help button below, stating:

  • Your username
  • Your last successful login
  • The names of your latest purchases

Please title the ticket “Help! - Account Takeover
