What are the requirements in terms of support?

As an author, you must guarantee a minimum amount of support for the buyers of your product in case they encounter a problem related to the template itself or if the product doesn’t work as described. In those cases, you are required  to provide the necessary to help solve the problem and to upload a new, fixed version of the app in case there is a bug.  Of course, customers may ask you many different questions about the template and your help will be welcome! Every developer cements its own reputation on Chupamobile; if you are kind to your customers they will keep buying your products and provide you positive feedbacks!
